Cold Weather Running

It is seemingly a contradiction, since most runners seem to dread the approach of winter, but I seem to find a strange pleasure in it. I am now in my second season of winter running and I take much more pleasure in it than at any other time of the year. If you are a runner, do you feel the same?

Zip and it’s Gone

Be quick or it’s gone. Whether it is life or a squirrel, don’t wait too long. Don’t wait, but do. 

Everyone knows this, but so few of us listen. I keep telling myself this all the time. But do I listen?

Maybe I will start next week. Exercise, work, that job around the house. Whatever it is that is floating around my mind.
